First of all keep it as you presently have it. Those people are not your friend. Trust me they are there just to pay rent and get out. Its not a social atmosphere. Developing office friendships can be a double edge sword. Once you let someone in you can't let them out. Ultimately, your boss or bosses see you. Beware! I smile at certain co workers but always keep it moving!! I'm being paid, not played!
