  • If you are constipated, you'll feel uncomfortable soon enough (and if so, do something about it!)

Bowels are weird, though - most people have some kind of problem at some point, or all their lives... It's like our guts say "SOMETHING you're eating is bad... But we won't tell you what it is!"

  • U got constipation issues that with time might lead to colon cancer! U need to do some abs workout that helps enormously by massaging ur stomac nd intestins! Moreover u need to drink at least 2litres of water a day! Try also grape fruits, and fibers!

  • Personally I take very few bathroom breaks. I pee every other day (sometimes waaay longer), and can go without 'taking a dump' for weeks.
It depends what food you're eating. Human waste is generally made up of excess that the body didn't absorb, or indigestibles (skins, corn, etc). I don't eat large or frequent meals, and as such my body has little to dispose of as it's all put to use.

  • Lol i think ive seen this post before, i guess it was just someone else with disgestion problems. No it's not normal. It greatly depends on what you eat, including this data in your question would make it more answerable.
