You're with the wrong crowd at the moment. Your reputation will precede you and employers will also love you. To be honest, you sound as though you will be a professional person. I have many friends who are doctors, teachers, lawyers and accountants, although my husband is a tradesman, but I have NEVER heard any of these people ever swear.
If it just rolls off the tongue too easily, there is a serious risk that it could be said at work and people are disciplined or can lose their jobs. Just you stay the way you are. You are seeking approval from people who don't have the same manners so I wouldn't worry what they think.
My husband calls it 'industrial language' only heard on the shop floor and not among respectable people. The others will grow up someday and have real trouble trying to stop.
Is it normal to not swear in front of girls only?
