Eh, you're normally wearing pants in the winter time and it also helps keep your leg just a bit warmer.
I personally only shave my legs like once a week. I'm naturally blonde so you can't really see the hair, it doesn't grow very fast on my legs, and plus my fiance doesn't care about the leg hair because it's blonde and stuff.
