    Got a lot on your mind?
    Assume you don't do drugs or drink heavily as if you did it would be sort of expected...

    To be honest I do the same sort of thing but it's generally when I'm a but stressed or preoccupied with other things...

      I don't take drugs, I did used to drink a fair amount on nights out in the past, but not consistently and I rarely drink heavily now.
