I was talking in general. Obviously someone taking immunosuppressants will have a comprimised immune system. That being said though the immune system comprises of different systems, some drugs may only have an effect on one or two of these responses.
IIN to not really believe in germs?

We don't all have "really good" immune systems: how about anyone on cortisone or cancer treatment?
