just talk to her and find out whats her effing problem..its probably your mother though and stay on her ass don't let her be lazy since your mother is sick and can't discipline her then you need to step in and make sure she does what she needs to do and if she don't like it then GROUPHOME :)or whatever you do to teens that don't listen
