Is it normal to not like the out side of sliced up turkey?

So bacically I make a sandwich for school everyday. I use provolone cheese, and honey turkey. I allwase peel of the out side/rind part of the turkey because it tastes gross, and it’s very chewy. I give the left over rind to my dog.

I do the same with vacuum sealed meat. But I get deli sliced meat and it's way better.

  • Normal. At least on roast turkey or chicken, I tend to like the crispy outside skin, but I don't think it would be very good processed or cold, and it's an acquired taste in the first place.

I once made this awesome turkey sandwich with mayonnaise, curry powder and Louisiana hot sauce on wheat bread!

I don't think I have ever used celery salt before.
