      Googled: apparently they are rubber band things like elastic shaped into animals in different colors mostly worn on the wrist by...well supposedly everyone.

      "Kids and adults alike are going absolutely crazy over silly bands! They are so awesome that almost every age group is interested in these wacky little fashion accessories!"

      At the bottom of the website it says not for children under 3
