    There's tastefull. Then there's looking like your body was a scratch pad for random doodles.

      I've seen people like that. I knew a girl with her own tattoo kit who started tattooing herself. I saw a wonky smiley face on her shin that was unfinished.

      I asked her about it and she shrugged and said "I was just practicing. There's more like that on my feet and thighs, I'll get it right eventually."

      I guess some people just don't give a fuck?
