I've gone through almost the exact same thing. Old friend would always come to me and tell me who they've fooled around with even knowing I was madly in love with them and would do anything for them.
I distanced myself from them but only because it was a one sided friendship and I was just being used as an excuse to get out of the house to go meet up with people to fool around with. I feel it's right to be friends with them as long as you don't feel taken advantage of. Sure she's young, but she still should respect your feelings. Be there for her, but I don't think she'll grow out of it anytime soon. She needs to learn a lesson through her own experience and hopefully she learns it soon.
Keep her as a friend if you truly enjoy her company but the pain that comes with it is all on you. You know she can't help but be the way she is and she knows she can trust you so she will always come to you for consolation.
It's really on you and which way you prefer.
Is it normal to not know which course of action to take?
