Be yourself. Hard as it is, dont concentrate on her. Keep your eyes up, dont stare at her chest. If your looking for a proper relationship out of it, i guess uhh... Be "different" dont give her the same silly chat up lines most guys give her. If shes with her friends say something like "Hello my name is [x] (shake their hands i guess) they should give theirs, say pleasure to meet you, try and win her friends over more than her in terms of friendship. Ask if you can borrow her for a minute and lead her away, then say "I just wanted to tell you i think your really adorable" (always smile, back straight, it gives the look of a confident man) try and do something a little fun i guess. If you just wanna bang her, "apparently" ignoring her, but listening to all of her friends (including her slightly) but you say comments to slightly lower her self-esteem, then she will vie for attention, say things like "wow shes a grabby one!" Or "You have the cutest bug's bunny overbite" almost accidental insult but not a hurtful one. Then when she tries to get your attention twice or more, then pay attention to her, then ask if you can talk privately after winging a few compliments and funny stories her way. Take it from there, although this is highly experimental, it worked for me twice out of three times i done it.
Usually the goal is her friends. Not her.
If shes on her own do what Anime7 said. But throw some wit in there with some humour and an odd compliment or two.
