I'd playfully/sexily suggest we do 'whatever he wants', so he'll tell you how he likes it. Then try anything that comes to your mind, and if asked, say its something you enjoy (even though you only wanted to try). That'll give you an idea.
There's no One way, every guy likes different things. Repetitive nodding gets boring and often painful.
