IIN to not know how to express myself?

    I express myself in my writing or when I sing. I express myself when I try to help someone out. In general I think expressing yourself is just being truthful to who you are and living every moment as best you could.

      I'm not sure why it feels like it's more to it than that. But yeah I agree. Being truthful to one's self.
