NO, youth does not end at 30. Think of it this way: I will assume you're American (if not my apologies). In America, men and women on average live about 80. So first third of life = youth, second third=middle-age, so honestly, you're not old until you hit about 53, and even then, compared to 100 years ago, that's just barely getting old, not really truly old.
Is it normal to not know how to enjoy your youth ?
