Its possible that you're asexual. I'm asexual myself, and I know the definition of asexuality is that you have no sexual attraction or desire. But...you seem to WANT to have sex, but only when you're horny. Try different things, there must be something that can turn you on (you didn't mention your gender so I cant go into specifics.)
