I think a lot of people go through what you are describing at one point in time or another, but most are able to overcome it.
Are you on any sort of meds; those can affect your mood (or lack of mood)?
Don't expect any over-night miracles or changes because that's just unrealistic to expect. However, you can make some small adjustments that will eventually lead to more adjustments and greater change.
Not everyone is born a social butterfly ready to take on the world. We learn & are taught how to interact with the world around us by our parents, teachers, peers, and other important people in our lives. Maybe you were never taught or guided through the ins and outs of normal social behavior, so now it feels extremely uncomfortable.
You should start with exploring. You need to develop a curiosity about the world outside of your mom's house. Some people find that going to a nature park is enjoyable because of the connection with nature. What ever you end up doing, just don't take on so much that you end up being completely upset, but also don't do so little that you aren't challenging yourself.
Another thing: you could figure out what you are interested in by asking yourself the question: What would you do if you knew you could not fail -- and you were the wealthiest person alive? Now, what could you do today in your current situation, that would let you accomplish that without needing a bunch of cash to do it.
You are complete control of your life. You can shape your life into the one that you desire over time. Attitude is everything. So far your attitude has been poor because you have nutured it to become that way. If you start nuturing your brain to start thinking positively, then eventually those synaptic connections will become stronger and more dominant in your brain than the negative emotions/thoughts that you currently have.
Make changing your view of the world around you your new hobby.
