This is an ongoing dilemma for me: I live alone except for my dog and I know a lot of people in this small town and regard them as friends, but sometimes I don't see any of them for weeks on end. Sometimes I do get lonely but it never lasts long because basically I enjoy my own company most of the time.
Is it normal to not have friends and like it?
