Is it normal to not have a talent and skill

I am 20 and when i was growing up many people have ask what's my talent/skill but i didn't know what to tell them, because i could learn anything if i really focus and try new things like writing, editing etc.. because i pick them up from other people and it looks interesting to me. But yet still i feel like i don't have one to call it my own i am currently unemployed due to covid-19 and i would like a job that's base of my talent or skill but i don't have any.

is it hopeless for me?

Perhaps you should look into activities that aren't from other people? Find something that you'd like.

    Having no talent/skill is a talent/skill in itself 🥴

Who said you needed to have one of your own today? Just enjoy life and the dreams will come, eventually.

Aye I’m around your age and I got no talents either. So you’re not alone.

It's all about how you invest your time. Most people are like this but you just kinda gotta pick what you like best.

Find something you like then study, and practice it. 🤠👍🏻

My dad taught himself to play the flute, and the guitar after he got back from Vietnam.

  • You should meditate for an hour or two, sitting still and not thinking for a long time has a way of making people realize things

You have a talent and a skill. You need to find it.

May I suggest the following book (and for anyone who feels they are not happy with their job or vocation):

The Angle Inside By Chris Widener (its a quick read)

I wish you the best in finding what you should be doing and leading a successful life,

When you feel you're better and knowledgeable about something, you've to accept that there will always be somebody else who is better than you somewhere. Stop comparing your skill level with someone who is better than you. If you didn't, that is a surefire way to suffer from inferiority complex.

Chance of you landing anything resembling a "dream job" at 20 is 0%. Especially since you don't seem to have a dream in the first place. I'd recommend reflecting on what you enjoy, and then developing skills centered around that.

You don't need to be the best at anything to be successful. It's actually more beneficial to be good/decent at a set of skills, which you can utilize together in a way no one else can.

It is normal, however find an interest that suits you, it may help you towards the future and will benefit you a lot.
