I agree with R4mixon: You can´t generalize. It is #IMPOSSIBLE with all due respect that you can´t along with certain races and/or nationalities. You may differ in cultural terms but #NOT every hispanic, African American, or Caucasian is impolite, undereducated or lacks common sense. You need a reality check.
