I already go to a psychiatrist, have been on medications for 4 years and it didn't fix my self-image or self-esteem or make me restore my mental state ,but it helped with OCD.
I'm going to see the psychologist as soon as possible but I can't yet because OCD requires me to finish some tasks and get things done first.
Is it normal to not feel any emotion or empathy and attractions?

I don't know if I have any hope though, maybe not.

stop taking medications! they arent good for you!
you should be able to work through this without them
i knew of a girl who thought she was addicted to them, and would say it was really hard to get off them if she tried
you shouldnt want to be addicted like that
you can be healed! it sounds like you're just desensitized
other people say they're asexual too. its not the end of the world
maybe you're blocking all your emotions because you got hurt one time, and now you're just burying them deep down
but like my friend said, you can never get rid of your emotions, just bury them. you still have them :)
also if your thinking too much, then try to stop thinking so much, and think about things that make you happy or feel something instead
