What about osteoporosis? We also need vitamin B to absorb calcium: I was amazed to find that when tested I was low in it even though I'm an outdoors person and would've thought I got plenty of sun.
The source of the calcium is another matter: cows milk is for calves, not humans

Normal. We all have different tastes. Don't drink it if you don't like it. There's other ways to get calcium like supplements or calcium rich foods.

Once you are an adult you really don't need a lot of calcium.
