  • Normal. We all have different tastes. Don't drink it if you don't like it. There's other ways to get calcium like supplements or calcium rich foods.

    • Once you are an adult you really don't need a lot of calcium.

      • What about osteoporosis? We also need vitamin B to absorb calcium: I was amazed to find that when tested I was low in it even though I'm an outdoors person and would've thought I got plenty of sun.

        The source of the calcium is another matter: cows milk is for calves, not humans
