My girlfriend has commented on the fact that I don't make any noise or change my facial expression at all. Is this normal at all?

LOL well it's really hard to keep a straight face when you have sex for a woman but men don't really change their expressions or moan...very rarely only...I guess it's normal for a guy but you know, I personally like when my guy does a little moan here and there...it's a big turn on for me :)
Everyone is different when it comes to this.
I can see how she might think it is odd, even worry that you aren't enjoying it or are trying to concentrate on something else.
If everything is ok and you aren't hiding something, just tell her you can't help it. Let her known you find her attractive and are enjoying it as much as someone who makes sounds and expressions.

It may be normal for you, but I think it shows a stifled personality. Do you laugh and enjoy yourself? If not, she may not be your girlfriend for long.
