Wow, I couldn't disagree more! Our libido is biological; if we aren't wanting sex, there's some outside influence altering the desire (stress, history of abuse, medication, psychological disorder, etc.). Saying that it's "just not important" is a coverup for an underlying cause.

I'm not saying we need more babies (in fact, I'm a strong advocate of birth control and adoption), I'm saying THE URGE TO HAVE SEX is what's biological. I don't want to be a parent, but I am horny on a regular basis. I'm on birth control, so what's the fucking problem? Don't give me a lecture about overpopulation; I don't live underground. I'm also not saying sex is the only important thing, but if it's not important at all, there's a problem somewhere.
