Generally speaking I would say no, it's not normal to be indifferent about sex. However, it's hard to give advice without knowing more about you.
Are you male or female and what age? Were you raised being told sex is wrong or sinful? Were you abused in any way? Are you on an antidepressant or other medication that includes low libido as a side effect? Are you depressed/stressed/experiencing any other psychological disorders?
