Try setting your watch alarm for mealtimes so that you do not forget. Also, always keep a water bottle with you - in your sight line. The more you see it, the more you will be reminded to drink it. In rare cases, some people do not feel the sensation of hunger or thirst, if this is happening go to your doctor.
