    I hope you know that the only person lowering your self esteem is yourself. You should believe your friends when they say that you are attractive. You said yourself that you think you're beautiful, so why can't other people think that as well?

      I pretty much believe that I can be beautiful but when I look into the mirror, all I see are scars.. and even my mom was commenting about how pimples fucked up my face. and her face was just saying like "omg what happened to your face... full of scars! told you you shouldn't pick them" and the thing is, I don't pick them! :(

      i just want normal skin.. and it costs me a lot. like money and self esteem

        Do you honestly believe that guys wouldn't do a double take when they see you because of your skin? I'll admit that your mom did sound a bit harsh, but you should've corrected her and told her that there is nothing wrong with your face.

        I've been in your shoes before except it was with my hair. People use to torture me for having a puffy mess on my head. I'll admit it sucked but you know what i did? I looked in the mirror every day and gave myself a compliment.

        The best advice that I can give you is to accept yourself as beautiful and never let anyone's words harm your self esteem. Love will find you, beauty captures the eye but personality captures the heart
