Im a night owl that cant go to bed at 10pm to save my life, so its normal for me. If this never happens to you any other time, maybe you had too much soda or a late cup of coffee? I wouldnt think about it too much. If its going to be a problem, wake up extra early tomorrow / sleep less tonight so you can try and get back on your regular sleep schedule.
