i would just take a wide variety of classes and see if any of them catch your attention. most of the time classes really bore me and i don't realize i am interested in the subject until i do something in the real world that related to them. for example volunteering in foreign health clinic or building sculptures. i am never interested in things i am learning about second hand, only in things i am experiencing myself. sign up for more programs and see if you enjoy them- if so, find a class that relates.
