First thing to look at is hydration and nutrition. Are you properly hydrated BEFORE you exercise? And are you getting the right pre- and post- exercise nutrition? Your body goes into recovery mode very soon after a workout. Make sure it has the needed nutrients to do this. Google it to find out what to eat when and the right supplements. There are also medical conditions that could cause this, but they are not common. If it’s not hydration and diet, you might mention it to your doc.
Hydration could potentially be an issue. I am from a cold climate and now live in a very hot and humid climate, so even though I think I'm drinking lots of water I do still sometimes get woozy because of the heat
Is it normal to not be energised by working out
