I must ask, as the answer seems obvious. WHY ARE YOU WITH HIM?

  • Sounds a bit like emotional black mail. No wonder you don't like him. Tell his family what he is threatening, & tell him to go to his doctor.

  • he won't commit suicide if you end your relationship but you could report him as a risk anyway

Ollieo is right. That is emotional blackmail and if he is threatening suicide he needs professional help, not an unhealthy relationship, which is what he is making it by "forcing" u to stay with him.

I think u have likely grown apart and the things u overlooked or used to think were endearing u now see as annoying bc u fell out of love.

That simply means you are over him and need to move on...

If you are not attracted to him then tell it to him straight, don't hide your feelings - even if you don't have any for him.

You don't realize that if you keep lying to him and yourself that it will turn into something much bigger and it may be just a bit too late to tell him the truth?

ConnorDomes. Is there any way I can contact you aside from this? I need to ask you something I am not comfortable asking others. Thank you kindly.

Those are not good reasons to stay with someone. I know it sucks, but you are not responsible for someone else's behavior/mental illness. I'd give him the number for the suicide helpline at the end of the break up talk. Then run, don't walk, far, far away!

Because he loves me in an insane amount. And has threatened to suicide if we break up.

Omg I was in the same boat not to long ago. At first I thought he was so cute, but then I got to know him.. My opinion changed completly, now I only see him as a goof. I thought it would go away, bu it didn't. And I ended up telling him, sure it hurt his feelings. But he admitted that he was glad I told him then, and not later down the road, when is feeling became stronger!
