Is it normal to not be afraid of death?

I have came up with my personal philosophies that prevent me from fearing death... sometimes I WANT to die to see if my theory is correct (non-depressed or non-suicidal tendencies) I just welcome death! but it hasnt happened :\

    i dont fear the way ill die or the pain ill be in i fear what comes after death..which i believe is nothing so i guess im afraid of never being able to think again..EVER!

    Deaths natural nobody should be afraid of it I kinda think it will be cool to die some day like I'm joining a secret exclusive club only dead people know about!

    It's weird that most people fear death. We all die, so why is everybody scared of dying? Sure, if you have a good life you might not WANT to die, but I myself have some people and pets that, hopefully, I can meet in the afterlife.

    im not afraid of death either. sometimes, death seems so much more peaceful than living...i am afraid of the WAY i am going to die though. i fear that it will be painful or terribly traumatic.
