Is it normal to not be able to move when you wake up

This happens to me almost every time I wake up and it's been happening since I was three. I remember coming home from preschool, taking a nap, waking up with my arms pinned behind my back and I couldn't move. Usually it happens after I wake up from sleeping but sometimes I could be fully awake, laying down, eyes open and it happens. The more I struggle the worse it gets and I can't talk when I'm "paralyzed" it's very weird and extremely panic inducing so I was just wondering if this happened with other people.

Is It Normal?

      • I had that once and about a year ago I looked up online and read 100s among nearly a thousand comments and 90% or so were the exact same to the "t". Not a fun experience. And these comments came from all kinds of people and faiths. No shit. (A lot mentioned prayer to help them move and to disappear the entities). Really uncanny
