Same thing with a psychologist.
My mom tried to send me to one once, but it didn't work.
I wouldn't trust the psychologist and told her nothing because:
- What if she shared with my mom whatever I told her that I didn't want shared?
- Psychologists are psychos themselves.
I just told my mom it didn't help me and I suppose she got the same response from the other end.
Like OP, I can't really trust or care for anyone, but I didn't have any issues in my childhood that lead to this.
Is it normal to not be able to love romantically?
