Is it normal To not be able to look in someone's eye while talking?

    normal.

    I can't do that well.
    I stare in the eye for a while and look away!

    I just can't keep looking at that person's eye when they talk.

    but you have to look at their eyes when they speak to show sign that "you are listening".
