I don't know if it's normal, but that's the way I am as well. I've always had to try hard to "work up a good mad", but as soon as I quit feeding it attention it goes away. Oh well. Move on and don't worry about trying to hold grudges just to be normal. Just remember what people have done to you with normal memory and treat them appropriately in the future without anger being the driving force. You're better off that way anyway.
