I used to have the same problem. Then I started smoking weed and realized that most people are too into their own lives and heads to pay attention to whatever I am doing and the ones that are paying attention don't have interesting enough lives outside of the stupid idiots like me that they see in public.
Time to be honest, I guess. I also had this problem. It's nothing to be ashamed of. There are a few people in this post who have admitted it. Me too now. I did get past it, though. I hope the OP does too.
Thanks, I hope so too. I just hope it's nothing more than just a social phobia. Eating disorders are in my family and in health class I heard they can be genetic. I do eat though.
I've smoked weed for 4 years now and I still don't see it. People always are asking "Don't you got the muchies?!" hahaha but I dunno, social phobia I guess!
You wouldn't be the first, I know people who have smoked weed and it didn't do anything for them. Guess you can say brain differences really DO affect one's experience with substances.
Is it normal to not be able to eat in front of people?
