Are you physically suitable for a security job? Not sure if it matters (I've seen some guards who I wouldn't consider suitable) but could that be part of it?
Been looking into further education myself & this is one of the reasons I'm not 100% sure about going through with it.
Unfortunately qualifications & certificates don't guarantee jobs.
IMO you're lucky that you only spent $400, imagine if you'd spent thousands at college or something...

No I am pretty sure that is not why as I have not gotten an interview so they are going by resume/app.
