Is it normal to not always feel like eating, even when I'm hungry?

  • Maybe when you don't feel like eating but you are hungry you might think of it as medicine to keep you well. It's called self-care. If you are letting it get to the stage where you are feeling dizzy then you are abusing yourself after a fashion - don't. You deserve to look after your basic needs!
    Good luck:-)!

    • Also Like I said I don't always go into the stage where I don't eat to the point of dizziness. It waxes and wanes constantly. When that DOES happen I make sure I do eat. I think a lot of it has to do with the effort of eating. Sometimes I'm busy and don't feel like getting involved. Other times I'm simply not hungry. I've never had a big appetite to begin with, but like I said it waxes and wanes.

    • Sorry for my ignorance but what do you mean by abusing myself after a fashion? Are you saying I'm purposely doing this to be thin?
