I think this is kind of harsh. Your heart was in the right place, but I think you made a lot of bad assumptions and insults. But, like I said, you're hearts in the right place.
Side note: I'm no excerpt in advice giving, it's just that I feel for the OP and can relate to him so when you started giving him "constructive" criticism it just sort of hurt cause I felt like you were saying those things to me.
