    This may sound like an odd option but have you tried eHarmony or any other dating website? Also, try taking courses at your local community college. Your house isn't the best place to meet people. If you want to make friends and potentially get a girlfriend you have to leave home school and get out more.

      when i read the post, i got the feeling that maybe someone, like a parent or guardian is shutting him in and preventing from being socially active. maybe they are over protective, worried, or possibly lacking confidence in their child.

        I sort got that vibe as well. I was thinking that the OP's parents sort of kept him locked away. But I've actually read a lot of this type of post where the OP is usually stuck at home and doesn't go out often, thus they feel alone.

          OP here... I can come and go as I please, I have car and I leave the house almost everyday. I just can't seem to find friends.

            That's why I suggested taking some classes at your local community college. School is a great place to meet people.
