It may be their confidence. Take note to the women other guys are hitting on. Do they seem to have confidence, revealing clothes, are they acting in a sexual manner?
These are things I would look out for. If the women are acting in a sexual manner, they're only getting hit on because they're showing that they're easy.
If they're just outgoing and fun, who doesn't want to be with someone like that?
People can sense when you're nervous or uncomfortable. Maybe try working on that. I know it's harder than it sounds but that's all I got.
