Maybe it's your confidence then? Are you flirty at all? You don't have to be good looking to be attractive and confidence is really attractive.
If you have a great personality then you will definitely find someone, you wont be single forever and there maybe someone out there who likes you now, maybe he don't think you like him or he's just shy. I think if you look for love you never find it, just try your hardest to not concentrate on it and be happy with your life, hopefully everything else will fall into place for you
