Yeah celibacy in males is something that's really hard to do, I would scrape the bottom of the barrel until my hands had splinters if it means getting laid if I was desperate. Theres a reason why men go gay in prison, the thought of sex with a dude is more likable than completely cutting out sex.
I don't think all men are like that, and there are women who are as highly sexed as what you're describing. I'm just not interested in anything with anyone to whom I'm not attracted. I'm certainly not a fan of self gratification, but I'd prefer that on the odd occasion rather than being with someone to whom I'm not attracted.
People in prison are already degenerates who lack impulse control, so I really don't think prisoners are a valid population from which to base anything off of as many of them are sociopaths. I don't really respect people who lack self control, like if someone wants something, but they don't have it so they just snatch it, I can't relate to that sort of behavior.
