With the little info I'd say stop the drinking and smoking. You don't mention if you work or go to school. If you drink and smoke you must be a teenager or an adult.. So do more things in your day, exercise, something physical that'll make you lose all energy. Maybe you do just have sleeping problems, so go see a doctor and see what's up.
