That's way too skinny - I looked at a BMI chart for women, and at 93 pounds, her BMI would be 15, which is severely underweight (healthy BMI would be 18.5 to 24). Sounds like she has an eating disorder. A vegan diet (any diet, actually) needs to have protein and fat to be healthy.
