  • if you're getting the nutrients your body needs (and vegans or veggies tend to eat healthier, and more vitamin-rich food), it won't get hungry again. i'll have trail mix and an avocado for lunch and be full for HOURS, and these chubby ladies upstairs can't figure out why their nonfat sugar free chai lattes and diet cookies don't fill them up and they're constantly hungry, where i'm skinny and eat what they call "soooo fatty foods!!" but i got all the nutrients i needed, so my body says, "thanks, call ya when I need somethin"
