I don't think I can be a lot of help to you here. But I can at least offer a contrast. I don't think it's normal to sleep in 75 degree (Fahrenheit) heat. I certainly don't think it's normal to be able to sleep in 88 degree heat. I'd find that immensely uncomfortable. But I accept that your comfort may take in what I would see as sweat-patch city, and my comfort may rely on what you would see as living in an igloo. We're all different. And I guess that's the point. We ARE all different. You don't need to make yourself the same as me, and vice versa. If you like it warm, then so be it. Be who you are.
