Is it normal to need a number two when in a bookshop or around books?

I can relate... Do you drink coffee at the bookshop? My bookshop has a semi-Starbucks in it and I used to buy myself coffee and usually it would stir my bowels. However, I ended up making it a habit to try to buy the coffee at least after I had finished shopping as it would have be torturous for me to have to go in a public bathroom since, I have this peeve about them.

Do you smoke or inhale smoke on your way to these places?

It has just occurred to me that it might be because of position. At bookstores or libraries we tend to often bend down, sometimes in squatting poses, and a squatting position is more efficient to be in when taking a shit because it's more natural and it prevents straining. Or maybe, its because the books make you happy and your happiness causes your bowels to loosen.

This tells me that the library feels a bit like a second home to you. You are of at least mild intelligence that is a bit of an introvert and feels at home their and then 'marking your territory' comes into play.

Do you normally read on the toilet? You could see the books and associate them with the action of going to the toilet?

Lol strange one! I need to when there isn't a toilet around, like I panic, but in your case did this happen once in a bookstore and now you're associating? Cause your mind and body are closely connected, you think about pooing you'll need to poo, and same for weeing!! If you think about feeling sick enough you will feel sick.
