Is it normal to narrate ur own life?
Sometimes when I'm doing certain things I'll be like, "...and she gently scratched her toe." (if I'm scratching my toe) I can't help it sometimes it's alomst like a habit. Does anyone else experience this?

This reminds me of a Family Guy episode...
"I walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table. I looked with a grimace at the questionable meal Lois had placed in front of me. Of course I'd never tell her how disgusted I was with her cooking, but somehow I think she knew. Lois had always been full of energy and life, but lately I had begun to grow more aware of her aging. The bright, exuberant eyes that I had fallen in love with were now beginning to grow dull and listless with the long fatigue of a weary life. (Lois knocks Peter out.)
I woke several hours later in a daze."
Dappled clicked on the post about narrating your own life and considered what he'd say. He does it too but he doesn't necessarily want everyone to know about it. How can he convey this, set the OP's mind at rest, and get out of there without anyone knowing he is a life-narrator?
"Yes, I think it's normal," wrote dappled. And then he left, in search of other things to comment on.
